How does pricing work?

Pay once, keep forever. No retainers, no lock-in, no auto-renewals. Prices for each service are listed on the site. Treat those as starting points: the final number depends on scope, which we agree before anything begins. You'll always have a fixed price in writing first. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices. Tools and data are bought by you, in your own accounts, with no markup from us. So your total cost also depends on how much data you need and which tools you want to run. Delivery timelines are listed on each service. For custom scoped projects, you'll get a realistic timeline on the strategy call.

Question 2

What's the minimum commitment?

There isn't one. No contract term, no minimum months, no notice period. Even the multichannel campaign can be bought as a single month. Run it, look at the numbers, and decide for yourself whether it's worth doing again. We'd rather earn the second engagement than trap you into it.

Who actually does the work?

I do. I'm Matt Coleman, the founder, and I build most projects directly. Nothing gets quietly handed to a junior or offshored. For larger builds I bring in GTM engineers and automation specialists I've worked with and trust. Everyone who touches your systems signs an NDA and works to the same data standards. You'll always know exactly who is on your project.

What if I need add-ons or more work later?

Three ways to come back, and only one of them is recurring: Buy another module. Same list price, same terms. The price is the price. Tune-up block. A prepaid block of hours for changes to something we've already built. No expiry, use it whenever. Care plan. Optional monthly cover if you want us monitoring your systems, keeping integrations alive as APIs change, and handling small adjustments as they come up. Genuinely optional, and everything still belongs to you if you decline it.

Why rent instead of hiring a GTM engineer?

A capable GTM engineer costs six figures a year, takes two to three months to hire, and another two to ramp. You're committing to a salary before you know what the role actually needs to be. Renting inverts that. You buy the specific thing you need, at a fixed price, delivered in weeks instead of months. You keep everything: the systems, the data, the documentation. If it works, buy more. If your priorities change, you're not managing someone out of a job. The honest version: if outbound becomes core to how you grow, hire someone full time. We'll have built the systems they walk into on day one.

What if it isn't working?

Every build ships with 30 days of white glove support, included. Unlimited fixes, tweaks and refinements until it does exactly what we agreed it would, plus a live handover session so your team can actually run it. You message me directly. No ticket queue. What we don't do is guarantee results. Reply rates and booked meetings depend on your offer, your ICP and your follow-up, and anyone promising you numbers on those is selling you something. What we guarantee is the build: that it works, that it's documented, and that you know how to use it.

Where does your contact data come from?

Wherever the best data for your ICP actually lives. Wiza, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay and its full waterfall of enrichment providers, plus custom scraping when off-the-shelf data won't cover it. Everything is double verified before it reaches you: email validation and mobile validation on every record. You get a clean, deliverable list, not a raw export with a 30% bounce rate attached.

Who pays for the data?

Accepted Answer

You do, directly, in your own accounts. We don't mark it up and we don't resell it. The upside is that the data is yours permanently. Not rented, not trapped inside a platform that switches off when you stop paying. If we never work together again, you keep every record.

Do you replace our SDRs, or work alongside them?

Accepted Answer

Alongside. We build the machine, your team runs it. Most teams don't have an SDR problem, they have a systems problem: stale lists, broken sequencing, no enrichment, and reps burning half their day on manual research. We fix that layer so the people you already employ spend their time having conversations instead of building spreadsheets.

What automation tools do you work with?

Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, Smartlead, Instantly, Lemlist, HeyReach, Apify, and Claude or OpenAI for the AI layer. When a tool can't do what's needed, we drop to the API underneath and build it properly. We'll recommend what genuinely fits your situation rather than defaulting to whatever we used last. You buy the tools, you own the accounts, you just give us a login.

What kind of software do you build?

Internal tooling that serves your revenue motion. Lead scoring engines, enrichment pipelines, AI research agents that do the account digging your reps currently do by hand, reporting dashboards, custom integrations between systems that refuse to talk to each other, and personalisation that holds up at volume. Everything is built inside your environment, on tools you control.

Do we own what you build?

Accepted Answer

Completely. Workflows, code, tables, prompts, documentation, all of it is yours. There is no rentaGTM platform you'd need to keep subscribing to, and nothing stops working when the engagement ends. That's the entire point of the model.

Question 13

Which CRMs do you work with?

Accepted Answer

HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio, Close and Folk most often. If your stack is something else, we'll learn it. The underlying principles don't change much. Same across the wider stack: marketing automation (HubSpot, Customer.io, Marketo), intent and visitor data (Warmly, RB2B, Vector, Common Room, Clearbit), and enrichment. We'll tell you what fits, but the choice is yours, and you own whatever you buy.

How is our data secured?

Your data stays in your systems, under your control, and we work inside it rather than taking it away. Practically, here's what that means: We work inside your accounts, using logins you provide and can revoke at any moment Credentials are stored in an encrypted password manager. Never in plain text, never in a shared doc, never over email We don't keep copies of your data on local machines. Working files stay in your environment Access is removed at handover unless you specifically ask us to retain it NDAs signed on request, and every person who works on your project is covered by the same terms

What happens to our data when the engagement ends?

Accepted Answer

Nothing changes on your side. It's in your accounts, in your tools, under your control, and it stays exactly where it is. On our side, access is revoked and any working files are deleted. If you'd like written confirmation of deletion for your records, ask and we'll send it.
